Return Policy

At KushiPaws, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Any item that is damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as perishable goods (e.g., pet food and treats), custom-made items, and clearance items, are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at khushipawz@gmail.com or call us at  +91 8332878505. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Shipping for Returns: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, we will offer you a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
